About Me

My photo
shikha baruah
Some one says those who dream the most do the most. This was my vision in my dream that appeared when I took the first breath, and there in my vision also appeared a small city in Assam, Digboi, my birthplace and place of learning, the beginning of my journey. A childhood spent chasing butterflies, carefree and careworn, living the rainbow of life, in the meadows of Digboi. After my school, I graduated from Digboi women's college in the year 2004. For my parents, my friends and my homeland I set out, to give what I could, to lift myself to the point of what I am capable. With this in my mind I set out for the capital city of New Delhi and thus entered the corridors and study halls of Delhi to understand the intricacies of the media where I am presently engaged. It is true that sometimes I found myself where did I start. It is also true that sometimes I feel chasing after a mirage when I feel and face so many circumstantial difficulties. Still I know in the core of my heart that I always cry and feel with the helpless and sufferers and much confident of being a beam of light over some darkness
